How to Apply
Applications for an available position can be made at any time while the job listing is posted. You MUST indicate the position that you are applying for.

We ask that your resume be sent as follows:

Email your resume as an attached Microsoft Word .doc file or as a .txt or .rtf file. The files may be formatted. Please do not send emails with html tags or similar scripted attachments as our email security system will delete them. Similarly do not send as a Microsoft Works .wps file.

Emails can be sent to: careers@awardscanada.com

If you cannot send your resume by email, your resume may be sent by mail to:

Awards Canada
529 Marion Street
Winnipeg, Manitoba
R2J 0J9

Please note that resumes sent by mail may not arrive in time for consideration for an available position. If the resume is being dropped off in person, please mark the outside of the envelope 'Attention: Personnel Manager' and give it to any of our friendly associates. Interviews or meetings cannot be performed at that time.

Here are some answers to common questions about our resume process.

How do I know if my resume has been received?
You will receive a confirmation note within one week of receipt of your resume. A hiring manager will contact you personally if your qualifications are of interest. You will not receive a confirmation of receipt of the resume if it is mailed or dropped off.

If I don't hear from Awards Canada (other than the confirmation note), what does that mean?
It usually means that Awards Canada does not currently have any openings that match your skills or interests.

Is there a person I can follow up with to discuss my qualifications?
An Awards Canada hiring manager will be in contact with you directly should your qualifications meet our current position requirements.

How long will you keep my resume on file?
Resumes are kept on file in electronic form for up to 6 months. Paper based resumes may be kept for less time.

Interested individuals may also wish to leave their resume on file for future possible openings. As Awards Canada is a growing corporation, positions open up on a regular basis. Please check our current listings to see if there are any opportunities which suit you skills.
